I don't really like to do something with all kinds of leftovers, but since I didn't have time for another dessert and I had enough ingredients for a dessert, I made this dessert one or two. Wonderful next to the morning coffee and not only. use biscuits and make the cream and icing left over from my cake.
Biscuit crumbs left over from stuffed walnuts, a sheet of honey (you can replace them with 300 g biscuits)
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml liquid cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 100 g mascarpone
- Chocolate liqueur
- 3 tablespoons apricot jam
- Frozen raspberries
For the glaze:
- 50 g chocolate
- Milk
- Chocolate flakes for decoration
Servings: 6
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate and raspberry biscuit dessert:
I shredded the sheet with honey and the biscuit breadcrumbs.
I melted the chocolate with liquid cream. I added the liqueur and let it cool in the fridge.
I mixed the mascarpone with the sugar and then I put the cooled chocolate.
I mixed the biscuits with chocolate cream and apricot jam.
I put the mixture in a small cake tray, in which I put a foil, sprinkled raspberries, covered with foil and left in the fridge to harden.
It did not harden too much because it is very creamy.
I turned it over on a plate, melted the milk chocolate and put it on top, then sprinkled chocolate flakes.
