RECIPE PREPARATION Beef soup with many vegetables:
Finely chop the green onion and cook in oiled water. Meat cut into pieces, add to onions. Meanwhile, peel the vegetables and chop finely. After the meat is half cooked, add the diced vegetables. Boil for approx. 30 minutes. Season the soup with salt and pepper. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and larch.
