Ingredient:

Turn off the oven and leave the tray inside, with the door ajar, until the meringues cool completely. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (or in the microwave, if it is more convenient) and mix it.

Take a meringue and dip it in chocolate. Put the chocolate meringues back in the tray lined with baking paper and leave them for a few hours, until the chocolate has hardened and comes off the paper easily. If you prefer, you also have the option of taking two meringues and gluing them with chocolate. Keep the meringues in a tightly closed box.
